Litigation Support Rep - NYC Position - Full Time at Diversified Technical Solutions in New York, NY

This position requires attention to detail, multi-tasking, analytical skills, as well as someone who works well in a team environment. Must be able to work under the pressure of strict deadlines on multiple projects in a fast paced, high volume, production environment.

This is a non-exempt position . Overtime will be paid for hours over 40.
Willingness to work overtime is required.



Serves internally as a liaison between our project management ("Client
Services") team and our data processing ("Production Services") team.

Works directly with clients on their production and/or review needs.

Prepare searchable files and load files for production.

Conducts relevant searches of electronic data using proprietary tools.

Loads data into different legal database software (i.e. Summation, Concordance, MS Access, etc.).

Provides guidance for both the clients and internal employees on litigation support related tasks.

Provides end user and technical documentation and training for supported applications.

Works with the client and internal staff to develop scripts to fix data related issues.

Provides application/technical support to the clients to ensure effective use of tools/systems and resolves problems reported by users.

Provides troubleshooting services to clients and internal team members.

Provides both oral and written status reports to both clients and project managers.
