Web Design - Drupal Themer at Drupal Themes (Anywhere)
We're looking to add a designer to our team, as a freelancer to start, with hopes for developing a long term position.
We're looking for someone that knows current web design trends, can whip up a slick concept and understands how to convert that design into a drupal theme - also a plus if you have Wordpress, Joomla or other CMS templating skills.
We're looking for a designer that creates unique, truly creative designs, a savvy designer who digs working with a team and can meet deadlines.
These designs are a little different than the 'norm', in that they will start as a concept - eg. "ecommerce design with light color palette" - and the designer will be allowed a lot of creative freedom to put the final design together. There will possibly be minor revisions or adjustments to the theme, prior to the designer converting it to a drupal theme.
The perfect designer also understands drupal well, the creative use of views, panels, etc.. codes semantically and according to current standards - we don't do spaghetti code, so you and our team will both be proud to work with the other ;)

Ability to slice (designs) faster than a sushi chef
