Mid-Level Flash/Flex/Air and Web Developer Position at IQ Foundry in Madison, WI

We are looking for a solid and experienced mid-to-senior level Flash/Flex/Air and Web Developer (PHP/MySQL) to join our small tight-knit creative studio. Key skills include being an awesome person who cares about their work, ability to quickly ideate and prototype interfaces, and experience working in all aspects of project development from planning to launch and support. Obvious requirements are a demonstrable portfolio of significant Flash/Flex work, a solid resume, and a desire to work with a small team on big projects (Lots of awesome opportunities to do new things and grow as a developer).

This is a salaried, full-time position with benefits. Salary will be based on experience. This position is located in Madison, WI. Relocation is required if you live outside of the area.

Responsibilities
- Total Project Involvement from Concept, to Code, to Completion.
- Work with the design team to bring web and RIA apps to life using an iterative development workflow.
- Work as part of a tight-knit team with a passion for getting things done.
- Be proactive about project and meeting deadlines, be self motivated,
- Secondary duties include QA, platform testing, and bugfixing.

Requirements
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
- A Strong portfolio of relevant past work
- Fast Learner
- Be Flexible.

Qualifications
- 3 years of professional experience or equivalent preferred
- Passion for Flash and Actionscript 3.0 development
- Strong desire to grow as a programmer
- Passionate with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
